Our house is located in the village of Ulmich in a very sunny and quiet place.
The distance to Kappl is about 3 km and to Ischgl approximately 5 km. The Kappl ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The distance from our house to the ski bus stop to Ischgl is about 300 meters.
There are three parking spaces available to our guest, free of charge.
Our apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of four double bedrooms. Three rooms are equipped with a shower, WC, balcony and satellite TV, one room with shower and satellite TV has the WC on the floor. It is possible to put an extra bed in each room.
The kitchen is equipped with different appliances: kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, 4 hob with oven, fridge without freezer, dishwasher…

Follow the mainstreet in direction Ischgl until you arrive in „Nederle“. Take the next road on the right side and drive to Ulmich-Sinsen. After 500 meters you will arrive at apartment Rockler.
